Inshore fishing at the mouth of the Mississippi with Briton and Chris as guides, not many fish but we had a great time. 'Boob-boom-there he goes' and 'put some shrimp on the hook, you ain't payin for it'

Dinner was what we caught courtesy of Dixon and Pauline, thanks Briton for the cooking of the catch.

Dinner was what we caught courtesy of Dixon and Pauline, great teamwork. Capt Al says you can fry Redfish, delicious and crispy. Amazing what hot sauce and Zatarain's fish fry can do in 350 degree peanut oil.
